Now, more than ever, we need to use our various tech to communicate with our colleagues during the lockdown. We can easily find ourselves in front of our laptop screen and other devices for almost all of our waking hours.

From screen headaches and feeling emotionally overwhelmed, to shoulder pain, shallow breathing and general sluggishness – this is affecting our health, focus and productivity. But there are some really simple strategies we can employ to stay healthy, maintain the feeling of home in our houses (even when they become our new office space), and keep our minds clear as we go to bed, allowing for better quality sleep.
