In this session, World Class Adventurer, Holly Budge, will show you how to turn fear into positive action. Described as “one of the UK’s most accomplished female adventurers”, Holly is no stranger to fear and facing adversity.
Her nailbiting stories of becoming the first woman to skydive Everest, racing 1000kms across Mongolia on semi-wild horses and climbing to the summit of Everest will inspire and guide you and your team through the benefits of taking purposeful action to overcome fear. Fear is your friend. Resilience, grit and determination are recurring themes that create a strong narrative throughout this session. You will leave feeling motivated, empowered and ready to scale your Everest.
